Information we collect
When you submit a website form, we collect your name (where requested), email address, language choice and any optional message. Please do not include your child’s name or health information. The service is not intended to collect this information. We also record the country estimated by our hosting provider from your IP address, where available.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your information to respond to your enquiry and send the free practice pack and instructions you requested. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to incoming enquiries, using information you provide voluntarily.
Recipients and data transfers
Form submissions are sent to a messaging channel operated by Discord Inc., which we use to receive enquiries. This may involve transferring information outside the European Economic Area. Further information is available in Discord’s privacy policy on its website.
How long we keep information
Information remains in the Discord channel until manually deleted. We regularly review messages and remove information that is no longer needed.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. A functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice for up to a year. Temporary browser storage (sessionStorage) transfers your email address from the homepage form to the contact form. It is not used for tracking and is cleared when the session ends. Our hosting provider, Vercel, estimates your country from your IP address. Country and language affect the content displayed, including the Finland therapist directory on the Finnish and Swedish sites. We do not request your precise location. We also use the estimated country to display monthly pricing in the local currency.
